After a successful career as a Press Photographer business owner and Prodoto founder William Lack, decided to change tack and set up as a commercial product photographer.
With initial origins in product and still life fashion photography, an opportunity with homeware client Dunelm to shoot lifestyle room sets heralded a new era. The business expanded again and again to include set builds, then model shoots, along with videography and now CGI.
Driven by the need to support our clients, Prodoto is constantly reviewing and evolving to meet the challenges of a fast paced industry and demanding commercial markets.
The arrival of the 2020 pandemic presented the biggest challenge yet, but Prodoto were fortunate to be able to support both existing and new clients as they repositioned their businesses to meet the increased demand for online retail and new commercial environments.
A few years on from the 2020 pandemic, Prodoto is ever developing and growing to meet the needs of their clients' businesses; always thriving, Prodoto is a family business on a big scale.
Based in the beautiful countryside of West Yorkshire, on the edge of the Pennines, our studios are nestled into the hillsides of Cragg Vale. Stunning views make for a wonderfully inspiring and creative setting which is loved by us, and enjoyed by our visitors.
Easily accessible from either the nearby motorway network, or train services from Leeds and Manchester, we are conveniently placed whilst being a relaxing haven away from city centres.
With four large, fully equipped studios dedicated to product, fashion, model and room set photography and videography our flexible studio spaces allow us to cater for shoots of any size.
Our studios are working spaces for us, but always a big consideration is that they are working spaces for our clients too.
If you choose to attend your shoot, we have client areas set up waiting for you, with coffee on tap (or tea, we are in Yorkshire after all) and WIFI connection to allow you to work away from ‘home’.
